We are looking for a true team player who is self-driven, delivers high quality work, proactive and results oriented. Proposal tracking and customer follow-up

Project and job cost setups (project handoff – precon to construction)

Contract negotiations and redlining

Establish project schedule baselines

Onboarding projects, folder and file setups

Subcontractor and vendor solicitation

Sales & business development for potential new projects

Professional communication with general contractors, owners and municipality representatives

Minimum 2 years of college, preferably in a construction related field.

Experience in heavy civil construction related projects.

Experience with HCSS HeavyBid, Building Connected, Bluebeam, Planswift, Microsoft Suite, and Agtek is preferred.

Open to learn other software applications.
