We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of AI-powered products within our NextEra Analytics organization. In this role, you will define and deliver solutions that apply advanced analytics and AI to improve how work gets done across complex, large-scale operations.

You will partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering, and data science teams to understand user needs, prioritize high-value opportunities, and bring products from concept to production. Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and other teams to drive product initiatives and deliver best-in-class solutions

Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure the product meets and exceeds their expectations

Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries

Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks related to product development
