Manufacturing Engineering SpecialistAs our Manufacturing Engineering Specialist, you will perform a key role in technical support for Manufactured Product orders placed with suppliers. You will work with our internal team in providing supplier and project management support, order tracking, forecasting, and expediting. This can include providing technical support to production processes in order to maximize the quality and reliability of products, and assure they represent the best value in markets served. You will support quality requirements for accurate and complete manufacturing and test documentation, including work with processes and production personnel to detail existing methods and practices as necessary. You will identify, investigate and work to resolve process/schedule deviations and where appropriate assist in the resolution of product nonconformance/failures. This may include working to help suppliers in the definition and implementation of preventative/corrective actions for manufacturing issues. You will provide consultative input to manufacturing area layouts that would help maximize work efficiency and optimize flow of materials. You will coordinate efforts with engineering, production, and outside suppliers and other required sources to effectively complete the job.Location: Bethlehem, PASalary: $67,000 to $90,000Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in PA.
