Head of Recruiting & HR

As the Human Resources Director at Concord Hospitality, you will serve as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and participate as a key member of the hotel's Executive Committee. You will lead all HR functions to ensure a positive and compliant workplace culture, support staffing and talent development, and uphold Concord's Associate First philosophy.
Develop and execute HR strategies, objectives, and workforce plans that align with hotel and company goals, including budgeting, staffing, and labor management.
Lead full-cycle recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts for all exempt and non-exempt positions.
Partner with hotel leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture while serving as a trusted advisor to associates and managers.
Administer and enforce HR policies, performance management processes, corrective actions, and employee relations programs with fairness and consistency.
Oversee training and development initiatives, including leadership development, skills enhancement, and compliance-based programs.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining accurate HR records and HRIS data.
Manage employee relations matters, workplace investigations, compensation benchmarking, and safety programs to support organizational effectiveness and legal compliance.
Previous experience in hotel or hospitality HR leadership strongly preferred.

• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
