We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transactional Partner Attorney to join our dynamic team on a full time, remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a well-established legal firm where you will have the chance to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of transactional matters and providing high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents.

Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to clients on a variety of transactional matters.

Collaborate with other attorneys and partners to develop strategies and solutions for complex legal issues.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to transactional law, ensuring the organization's compliance.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Participate in business development activities, including networking and pitching for new business.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Must be licensed to practice law in the state of residence.

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal personnel.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal advice.

Proficient in the use of legal research tools and software.

Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business law and corporate transactions.

Experience working remotely is preferred.
