Founded in 2017 our team brings a wealth of expertise and experience to every project we undertake. At Duro Hospitality, we are committed to creating concepts that are both innovative and timeless. Our current portfolio includes The Charles, Bar Charles, Sister, El Carlos Elegante, Cafe Duro, Casa Duro (Michelin Guide 2024 Key), Sister, Mister Charles, Norman's Japanese Grill, and The Chumley House.
Duro Hospitality is opening two brand new concepts in a few months near the corner of Preston and Northwest Highway. These roles are not for the average chef. Our leaders are bred and constantly trained to inspire our teams both FOH and BOH. They thrive on the idea of taking people and making them a little better than they were the day before, in their career, their personal lives, and their abilities to create relationships with team members and guests alike. We are an experience based hospitality group and our leaders thrive on finding special ways to wow each guest daily over and over again. We create some of the most interesting, consistent, and craveable food in DFW but if a guests wants a chicken alfredo, we make it happen. We have built one of the top restaurant groups in Dallas and have no plans to stop their.
