Maintenance Project ManagerBridgepointe Maintenance is actively seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Project Manager to oversee all maintenance projects within our organization. The Maintenance Project Manager responsibilities include quoting, planning, executing and finalizing projects within budget and time constraints, coordinating efforts among teams, and managing contractors. Our ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of maintenance procedures and systems. Ultimately, the role of the Maintenance Project Manager is to ensure that all maintenance projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.Responsibilities:Develop and implement project plans for maintenance workQuote jobs timely and accuratelySupervise staff and follow up on Human Resources related issuesCoordinate with teams to ensure all tasks are on scheduleProcess bi-weekly payrollManage contractors and suppliersEnsure all projects are completed on time and within budgetIdentify and resolve any issues or risks affecting project completionBill out finished jobs timely and accuratelyEnsure compliance with health and safety standardsPrepare and present progress reports to senior managementManage resources allocation and ensure their optimum useEnsure quality control for all completed projectsComply with project plans and industry standardsQualifications:Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar roleExperience in planning and scheduling operationsSolid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.Ability to keep track of and report on activityExcellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite ProductsExcellent organizational and leadership abilitiesBenefits:Employee recognition eventsPaid time off starts day one
