Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory assessmentschemistry, hematology, immunology, and moreadhering to established protocols to ensure precision.
Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot potential errors, and perform preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples for testing as required.
Thoroughly document all procedures, guide new staff or students, and uphold all laboratory quality standards.
Ensure a clean, secure work environment while following regulatory and accreditation standards.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year from the date of hire.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with healthcare teams.
