Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Pediatric ICU position requiring at least 1 year of experience, active RN licensure, and AHA-issued certifications, with Level 1 experience required.

• Pediatric ICU setting within a hospital environment
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week (36 hours/week)
• 13-week contract
• CVICU and NICU experience is preferred
• Level 1 experience required

Requirements

Active RN license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact RN license (eNLC)
Current BLS and PALS certifications — both must be issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program required; BSN preferred
Full date of birth (DOB) required for consideration
Additional Information

Responsibilities include managing assigned patient groups, monitoring physiological data, administering medications, initiating and regulating IV infusions and blood products, and communicating care plans with patients and families
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be considered
Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have a 6-month separation period before being eligible for a new contract
Compliance requirements (drug screens, background checks, and medical documents) must be initiated immediately upon acceptance of an offer — compliance deadlines are strictly enforced and start dates will not be adjusted
