Bachmann Pools, Spas & Saunas is looking for a licensed, dependable, and experienced Electrician to join our Field Operations team. This full-time role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who takes pride in their work, excels at diagnosing and solving problems, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to residential customers. You'll be working hands-on with our hot tub, sauna, swim spa, pool and cold plunge systems, helping homeowners enjoy safe and efficient wellness experiences across the region. With over 40 years of experience in the residential wellness and installation industry, we are committed to excellence in service, quality, and customer experience. Perform residential electrical installations and service for hot tubs, saunas, swim spas, pools, and cold plunge systems.
Diagnose electrical issues and create accurate proposals for service and installations.
Ensure all work meets safety codes, building regulations, and company standards.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
Interpret and follow electrical diagrams and schematics per the manufacturers diagram.
Drive to customer homes and job sites as required (company vehicle provided).
Participate in ongoing training and safety programs.
Active Wisconsin Electrician License (Required).

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience.
• Master electrician license is required.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Clear, professional communication and strong customer service orientation.

Full-Time: Monday–Friday
Overtime as needed based on project timelines and customer needs
Based out of Madison, WI with travel to local customer homes and job sites
Must be comfortable with daily travel within the regional service area (company vehicle provided)
