Located in the heart of Port Charlotte, our rehabilitation facility is optimized for outpatient services, allowing us to tailor our approach to each patient's specific needs. With a Monday to Friday work schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, our physical therapy team enjoys a favorable work-life balance while providing high-quality care in a positive and encouraging setting. The facility boasts modern treatment areas and utilizes advanced electronic medical record (EMR) systems, including Web PT, facilitating efficient documentation and streamlined patient management.

Provide high-quality orthopedic care while maintaining a manageable patient load, ensuring each individual receives adequate time and attention during sessions.

Utilize evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise programs, to enhance patient mobility, strength, and functionality.

Educate patients on techniques to gain independence in managing their conditions, emphasizing the importance of non-surgical approaches and reducing reliance on medications.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and a holistic approach to patient recovery.

Our facility primarily serves an outpatient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.

Proficiency in employing various manual therapy modalities and creating effective exercise programs tailored to patients' needs.

Familiarity with EMR software, notably Web PT, for accurate and efficient patient documentation.

Strong knowledge of contemporary physical therapy practices supported by the latest research.

Experience in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
