Procurement Specialist

This position is primarily remote, but requires candidates to reside in the Eastern or Central time zones to support cross-functional collaboration.

As a Procurement Specialist, you'll manage the full lifecycle of purchasing activities that keep our teams equipped to serve communities with excellence. You'll oversee purchase orders, maintain supplier relationships, optimize procurement systems, and partner closely with finance, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Create and manage purchase orders with accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery

Support supplier catalog management by maintaining and building catalogs

Administer and optimize the P2P platform, including approval workflows and user onboarding

Maintain and audit contract records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

Build and sustain strong supplier relationships while resolving delivery or quality issues

Identify and resolve procurement and supply chain issues to minimize operational disruptions

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and service performance

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

• 2–4 years of procurement operations experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
