What Youll Do As our Sales Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the studio. You’ll lead from the front—driving sales, energizing your team, and creating an unforgettable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
Own the sales funnel : Manage incoming leads, make 50+ outbound calls daily, and turn first-time guests into long-term members.
Lead by example and motivate front desk staff to provide top-tier service and drive performance.
Ensure studio operations run smoothly, from CRM follow-ups to clean towels and stocked shelves.
Who You Are A natural connector with 1+ year of sales experience in fitness, wellness, or service-based environments
Goal-oriented, motivated by performance, and not afraid to pick up the phone
Confident, coachable, and eager to grow with a brand that’s going places
Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
