~ Davidovich Stone Law Group is seeking a sharp, driven Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team in North Hollywood or Carlsbad, CA.
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Develop case strategy, perform legal research, and analyze evidence
Strong litigation background, specifically landlord-tenant habitability defense.
Relevant insurance defense experience involving habitability claims.
Hands-on litigation experience rather than transactional real estate.
Minimum 4+ years for junior attorneys and 10+ years for senior attorneys.
Established Litigation Practice: Dedicated representation of landlords, property owners, developers, property managers, and business operators throughout California.
Significant Litigation Success: Successfully defended a landlord and property manager against a $30 million wrongful eviction claim, obtaining summary judgment with no payment to the claimant.
High-Value Recoveries: Secured a $2.2 million commercial lease settlement and a $1.437 million real estate misrepresentation settlement.
Construction Litigation Success: Successfully defended property owners against a $2 million construction lawsuit, securing dismissal of the complaint.
Prevailed before the California Court of Appeal in a landlord-tenant dispute involving anti-SLAPP protections.
Featured in USA Today, LA Weekly, International Business Times, and other prominent media outlets.
