Hair Salon Receptionist - Part Time

This is a part-time on-site role (20 hours) for a Salon Receptionist at Kurlykoils.
The Salon Receptionist will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
Managing the front desk and reception area, maintaining a clean and inviting reception area
Greeting clients and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit
Communicate and educate clients on Kurlykoils services, products, and policies
Answering and returning calls, text, and email
Scheduling appointments via phone, text, and email
Efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues
Processing payments via cash or card, ensuring accurate payment collection
Inventory counting and processing weekly
Selling retail products to clients at checkout
Providing exceptional and positive customer service in line with our luxury salon experience
Assisting stylists and staff as needed
Salon Cleaning: sweeping salon floors; disinfecting salon chairs between clients; cleaning salon wash bowls and chairs between clients; cleaning salon tools throughout the day; laundry
