This position involves supervising housekeeping and maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing a preventative maintenance program. The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma, preferably an Associate or Bachelor's Degree, and at least three years of maintenance experience. Strong interpersonal skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel are also preferred.
