About the RoleMaverick Helicopters is seeking a creative, driven Video Content Creator to serve as the in-house visual storyteller for one of the most exciting brands in Las Vegas. You will be hands-on at every stage of the content pipeline, from first concept to camera to final cut, creating video, photo, and graphic content that captures the rush of helicopter tourism for every platform and audience we serve.You will work closely with the Marketing team to build content that grows our brand, drives bookings, and makes people want to be part of the Maverick Helicopters experience.What You Will DoVideo & Photo ProductionShoot and edit promotional, product, event, and social media video contentExecute aerial photo and video shoots, capturing helicopter experiencesFilm with cameras, smartphones, 360 cameras, action cameras, gimbals, and stabilizersCapture footage in both vertical and horizontal formats for platform-specific useEditing & Post-ProductionEdit and deliver finalized video, photo, and graphic content for social media, websites, digital displays, and client deliveryApply professional color grading and export files in various dimensions and bit ratesUnderstand and work with RED and S-Log footageDesign and produce motion graphics and animated content for marketing campaigns and promotional materialsSocial Media & Content StrategyCollaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with business goals and campaign calendarsAdapt content across multiple formats and platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website, and digital signageActively manage and engage across social channels, posting content and responding to inquiriesConduct daily social media monitoring and performance analysisStay current on platform algorithm changes, video trends, and AI-assisted creative toolsContent Management & Additional ResponsibilitiesMaintain and organize the company video, photo, and asset librariesProduce content from strategy and scripting through to distributionPossible on-camera work, including vlog-style videos, employee interviews, and hostingProvide additional support as neededWhat We Are Looking ForRequired2+ years of professional experience in videography, content creation, and/or multimedia productionExpert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and IllustratorDeep understanding of color grading & exporting video in various dimensions & bit ratesStrong portfolio demonstrating video editing & visual storytelling across multiple formatsExperience with audio recording and professional lightingSolid understanding of social media strategy and platform-specific best practicesAbility to create both long-form and short-form content for repurposing across channelsExcellent communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonalStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesSelf-starter with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial mindsetEnergetic, detail-oriented, and collaborative team playerPreferredExperience with AI-assisted creative tools and workflowsFamiliarity with web-based creative tools such as Canva and FigmaExperience working in the entertainment, hospitality, or tourism industriesKnowledge in 3D software such as Blender or Cinema 4DPhotography skills as a complement to video workComfortable conducting voice-over narrationsWhy Maverick HelicoptersYou will have a front-row seat to one of the most visually compelling industries in the world and one of the most iconic hospitality brands in Las Vegas.
