Talent Sourcer- Full Time

You'll connect with candidates, partner with our leaders, keep the hiring process moving, and help make sure every person who interacts with us has a great experience.
You'll be talking to candidates, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, working with hiring managers, and helping us tell our story as an employer. If you're organized, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy helping people, you'll fit right in.
Recruit, Connect & Create a Great Candidate Experience

Review applications and resumes to identify candidates who could be a great fit.
Conduct initial phone screens and get to know candidates beyond their resume.
Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person interviews and keep everything moving.
Prepare offer letters and help guide candidates through the offer process.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and help them find the right people.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our ATS.
Keep recruiting activity organized and make sure the details don't fall through the cracks.
Prepare interview materials and provide support to hiring managers throughout the process.
Follow company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruiting process.
Help Us Build Our Team & Our Brand

Partner with HR, Learning & Development, and leadership to create a smooth transition from hiring to onboarding.
Help showcase The Wellsville Group as a great place to work through job postings, social media, and employer branding initiatives.
Look for ways to make the recruiting experience betterfor candidates, hiring managers, and our team.
You genuinely enjoy talking to people and building relationships.
You're comfortable talking with candidates, hiring managers, and leadersand you know how to make people feel heard.
You don't wait for someone to tell you there's a problemyou see it and help solve it.
You should also be comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
At least 1 year in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR
Experience working with an ATS; Every great employee we hire has a storyand you'll be one of the people helping bring those stories together.
