Litigation Paralegal
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in legal research, and a deep understanding of court procedures and document preparation. This role involves assisting attorneys with case management, drafting legal documents, and maintaining case files. A Paralegal degree or certification, along with prior experience, is preferred. Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:

• 5+ Years experience as a Paralegal
• Experience in personal injury law preferred
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as briefs, pleadings discovery, record summaries and sobpoenas
• Interact with clients, visitors and attorneys/staff via phone, email and in-person

Litigation Paralegal Requirements:
Ability to handle multiple databases of information and be comfortable organizing data
Knowledge of motions,discovery, evidence, litigation documents, court rules and procedures
ABA approved Paralegal Certificate or relevant certification
