HR Generalist - Recruiting & Employee Engagement

Human Resources Generalist Location: Seattle, WA (In Office)
We have a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for an HR Generalist to help support our location in Seattle, WA. This position is responsible for assisting with recruitment, leave of absences, accommodations, investigations, union grievances, employee relations, and various tasks including administrative support to the team.
Partner with managers to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
Prepare reports and track HR processes across multiple software platforms.
Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

High school diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year human resources experience required.
HR Investigations experience required.
Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Oracle, etc. preferred.
Prior customer service experience in fast-paced environment needed.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who can provide outstanding customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills to assist our Human Resources Manager within the branch department.
