HR Generalist - Full Time - Permanent

Lincoln Waste Solutions LLC

We provide a full‑service management approach for all types of waste and recycling, offering services such as recycling, waste consulting, hauler management, and back‑office support.

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Optimize HR system operations through ADP platform management to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with company policiesCompliance Management.

Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations through regular monitoring and implementation.

Update HR policies as needed to ensure ongoing legal compliance and organizational alignment.

Prepare HR reports and support audits and analytics to enable data‑driven workforce decisions.

Handle employee inquiries as the primary HR contact for all policy and benefits questions, ensuring clear and accurate responses.

Support performance management and employee relations programs to support workforce development.

Partner with business units to develop and implement impactful employee engagement programs.

Support M&A transitions by assisting with HR integration activities and workforce alignment.

Support talent acquisition and payroll teams as needed.

Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field

3 years of work experience in HR required

HR certification (e.g., Experince with Employee Relations, U.Employment Law Compliance, ADP HRIS or similar systems
