Human Resources Generalist (Monday - Friday, Day Shift)

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for an HR Generalist in Perrysburg Township, OH. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing distribution center with the potential to be hired on permanently. We're looking for a motivated HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both employees and leadership.

All employees are offered competitive compensation of $30.00 per hour, as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available Shift:
1st Shift

• Monday through Friday
• Occasional overtime may be required

Recruit and source qualified candidates using multiple recruiting methods
Coordinate hiring activities and support onboarding processes
Draft and revise HR policies to ensure compliance with current regulations
Organize team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all HR matters
Assist with additional HR and administrative duties as assigned
Previous Human Resources experience required
Strong recruiting and sourcing experience
Knowledge of employment policies and HR best practices
Experience maintaining confidential employee records
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus
Potential for permanent hire based on performance and business needs.
