Paralegal Full-time Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive paralegal support, including legal research, client interaction, meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, legal documentation, and drafting of legal documents. Conduct legal research and provide detailed reports to support case preparation and strategy development.

Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in reviewing, proofreading, and managing legal documents.

Prepare, draft, and revise a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and legal memoranda, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Coordinate and manage case files, legal correspondence, and documentation in a systematic manner.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to prepare and present information effectively.

Collaborate with the legal team to ensure efficient and effective handling of legal matters.

A minimum of 2+ years of paralegal experience, preferably within the legal industry.

A Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program is highly desirable.

Proficiency in legal research, with a solid understanding of legal terminology, principles, and procedures.

Proficiency in drafting and revising various types of legal documents.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of legal documentation and record-keeping procedures.
