Job Description Insurance Sales Agent, Base + Commission | Career Growth Track
Farmers Insurance Division 86 is the number one ranked Farmers district in California , and we are hiring Insurance Sales Agents across our Orange County locations. This is a full sales role with real autonomy and a clear runway to advance, not a call center seat.
You will consult with clients on auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. You will own the full sales cycle, including quoting, presenting, and binding policies, while building your own book of business. Our structured coaching is designed to help motivated people ramp fast and build toward long term growth within the district.
Orange County is one of the most affluent markets in Southern California, with strong insurance demand and an established client base. You will have Farmers' national brand and marketing support behind every conversation. Prior sales or business development experience in any industry
Insurance sales experience preferred
