CNC Programmers - Manufacturing

CNC Programmer

We're seeking a CNC Programmer to join our team in Rochester NY. The CNC Programmer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs for precision aerospace rings manufactured from bar stock and forgings. This role ensures programs are efficient, repeatable, and compliant with aerospace quality standards (AS9100) while supporting on-time delivery and cost objectives.

Collaborate with Quality to resolve nonconformances and implement corrective actions.

Provide technical guidance to CNC Machinists and Setup Technicians along with training.

Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies

Associate degree or technical certification in CNC Programming, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.

• 2 years programming of CNC turning machines
• Ability to read and interpret complex Engineering documents
• High attention to detail and quality, ability to work in a fast-paced aerospace production environment.

Experience with machining aerospace fittings or tight-tolerance components preferred.

AS9100 quality systems, First Article Inspection (AS9102) and NADCAP requirements (if applicable).

Strong collaboration and communication skills and process improvement mindset
