LPN/RN Rehab Full Time

Piney Forest Health & Rehabilitation Center Piney Forest Health & Rehabilitation Center in Danville is seeking LPNs for its 120 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

We're looking for caring, warm-hearted nurses who are seeking an opportunity to do meaningful work, an opportunity to put a personal touch on improving the lives of others. Our nurses experience the daily joy of enriching the lives of others, while building genuine relationships with patients and their families. The LPN supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA guidelines. Provides general nursing care to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and MFA nursing policy and procedures. Writes weekly/monthly summaries of patients’ status, abilities and addresses problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review.

Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

One (1) year of previous nursing experience preferred. New Grads welcome to apply.
