Full Time Morning Receptionist

The organization is a unique software development company based in Mclean, Virginia. This post is for a full-time receptionist with additional assistant tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include checking clients in and out, seating them, offering refreshments, answering the phone, making/changing appointments, and managing schedules. The receptionist is responsible for ensuring smooth front office operations. Administrative Duties: Stocking supplies
Answering and routing phone calls
Be able to qualify and maintain security clearance
Have at least one year of reception experience and a good understanding of professional business environments
Have some administrative experience
Have good written and verbal communication skills (answering phones and composing emails professionally)

Job Details: Type: Full-time
Pay: From $36,000 per year, excluding bonuses and benefits
Day shift (09:00-17:00) with alternative hours as needed
Monday to Friday
