Head of Programme Management

Job Summary As a Shuttle Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the transportation of passengers to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner. You will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our customers.

Compensation Compensation Range: $39.00 - $41.00 per hour

Accountability Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations.

Safely and responsibly operate shuttle vehicles following all traffic laws and company policies.

Maintain a safe and clean shuttle by performing daily inspections and cleaning as needed.

Exceptional Ace Service Provide excellent customer service by answering passenger questions and addressing concerns.

Assist passengers with disabilities as needed. Attend and participate in training and development opportunities to improve driving and customer service skills.

Assist passengers with boarding, unloading, and luggage handling, if applicable.

Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shuttle operation.

Monitor and manage passenger capacity to optimize profitability.

Follow DOT policies and procedures.

About YOU You must possess excellent customer service skills and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Your Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years’ experience driving a commercial vehicle.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer‑oriented demeanor.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with passenger endorsement.

Up‑to‑date medical certification.
