Facilities Maintenance (Handyman) - Full Time

Ultradent, a global name in oral health, has seven state-of-the art facilities that covers close to a million square feet of space that houses manufacturing operations, cGMP space, shipping facilities, print shop, machine shop, analytical/quality control laboratories and corporate offices.

We are looking for a Facilities Technician II to be responsible for performing routine operations, maintenance and repairs on physical plant systems/components and maintaining clean work/shop areas to help keep these facilities running. This position will follow inventory control and part procurement procedures while maintaining a safe work environment and wearing appropriate PPE. The technician is also responsible to the customer for courteous, accurate and timely service!

Performs general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work and appliance repairs.

Performs painting and refurbishing projects

Performs routine preventive maintenance

Performs minor building and equipment repairs.

Assists, during winter, with snow removal efforts.

Does routine maintenance on company vehicles when assigned.\

Maintain the buildings utilizing skills including but not limited to framing, sheetrock, Painting, flooring and other daily maintenance tasks

Maintain building equipment through preventative maintenance program

Pick-up and deliver materials as needed.

High school graduate or GED with valid driver license and clean driving record.

Minimum 2 years facility and maintenance experience or similar construction experience

Basic math and computer skills needed.

work in areas with hazardous equipment and moving parts; Must have ability to set up and climb ladders safely with tools and equipment necessary for assigned work
