AdTime Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage company finances and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate is highly efficient in QuickBooks and experienced in handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit card reconciliations, and overall financial recordkeeping. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial data and ensuring smooth internal accounting processes.

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable

Reconcile credit card and bank statements

Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks

Assist with financial reporting and internal statements

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company procedures

Solid understanding of general accounting principles

Experience with journal entries and account reconciliations

Experience managing ACH transactions and familiarity with Positive Pay banking controls required
