Head of Talent/Recruiting

This is a role with real impact—one where you’ll help shape how we attract, develop, and grow talent across the Firm. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership and work alongside a highly collaborative HR team that genuinely values new ideas, thoughtful partnership, and continuous improvement.
Design and implement programs across the full employee lifecycle—from recruiting through development and retention
Build scalable, practical systems that help managers and teams succeed
Use data and insights to continuously improve how we develop our people
You’ll have visibility and partnership with senior leaders
We’re looking for someone who brings both perspective and practicality—someone who can think big, execute well, and help us continue building a strong, high‑performing organization.
