We are looking for a Bookkeeper for an immediate hire opportunity in Hillsborough, NJ! If you are looking to continue your career within professional bookkeeping this is the ideal chance for you!
Schedule :
~8:30am - 5:30pm Mon-Fri
Competitive Compensation Offered!
~$50,000 - 60,000/yr (Based on exp.)
Responsibilities:
Data entry
General bookkeeping
Answer inbound telephone calls
Perform all other office tasks
General clerical duties (filing, shredding, taking messages, assisting where needed)
General invoicing & billing
Dispatching a plus
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Qualifications:
- Microsoft Word & Excel
- Experience handling invoices, bookkeeping, and Accounts Receivables
- Recent QuickBooks exp and proficiency a MUST
- Dispatching experience a PLUS
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields a plus
- Good customer service, and professional attitude
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ?Strong organizational skills
