SoFi Protect is the in-house insurance agency helping SoFi members fulfill their protection needs across Home, Auto, and Life Insurance Insurance.We're seeking a highly organized and member-focused Personal Lines Insurance Manager to lead our dedicated team in driving sales while delivering exceptional service. If you thrive in a high-paced environment focused on SELLING and ADVISING customers this role is for you. You will be responsible for setting KPIs, sales cadence, workflows, and holding associate managers accountable to goals. You will be coaching the coaches, ensuring they are equipped with the information and skills to push the team forward on a day to day basis. You will set the standards for our team as they interact with members via email, chat, and phone to provide guidance and help them through coverage conversations. You will help drive the team to achieve core metrics across sales, customer engagement, and more.
