The Program Cost Controls Analyst (P2) will lead financial planning, analysis, and execution for the program while managing and developing a team of analysts. The role drives financial performance, ensures compliance with Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements, and provides strategic insight to program and functional leadership.
Perform financial analysis for both total program and product level cost elements to define, understand, and explain monthly and quarterly variances from budget and EAC positions.
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
Experience with the Microsoft Office Tool Suite, particularly Excel.
Experience in a relevant finance field.
Experienced user of SAP (APEX and/or Prism), RTN PMX, or similar system.
Advanced Excel skills.
Operations finance or factory/manufacturing finance experience.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial information in support of a business portfolio.
