Pay Range: $37.41 - $46.77 per hour

Job Overview The Social Worker Licensed (LSW) provides direct clinical services in our behavioral health adult outpatient program, such as initial intake assessments, and individual and group counseling services to adults with Serious Mental Illness SMI, including those with a co-occurring substance-use diagnosis in our Adult Outpatient department.

Master\'s Degree in Social Work

Shift working, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Full-Time (FT)

Designs and implements treatment plans, including individual, group, and/or family psychotherapy, and evaluates and documents patient outcomes according to department policy and procedure

Collaborates with other hospital programs and community agencies with which patients and families are involved
