Spa Receptionist

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for initial customer interactions, including answering calls and emails, welcoming clients to the spa, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that lobby facilities are presented in a clean and professional manner.

Responsible for opening the spa each morning

Responsible for ensuring the lobby is prepared for customers

Tea and beverage preparation for clients
