Provide individualized career counseling, planning, and employment support .
Help individuals identify their strengths, interests, skills, and career goals.
Assist with resumes, applications, interviews, job readiness, and workplace skills .
Develop employment opportunities through job development and employer outreach .
Provide job coaching, onboarding support, and follow-up to promote job retention.
Build strong relationships with employers, families, referral partners, and community organizations.
Work independently throughout the surrounding communities .

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in a community-based setting.
Willingness to travel throughout the service area.
Basic computer skills.

Vocational rehabilitation or supported employment.
Disability or human services.
Career counseling or coaching.
Job coaching or employment services.
Experience working with veterans.
Experience in education, customer service, caregiving, workforce development, or other people-focused roles can provide valuable transferable skills.
