We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team.

• The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting key HR functions, including HRIS administration, benefits administration, HR compliance, leave management, workers' compensation administration, and maintaining employee records. Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.

Coordinate leave administration, including Family and Medical Leave (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations, and other protected leaves.
Administer the organization's workers' compensation program, including reporting workplace injuries, coordinating with insurance carriers and medical providers, monitoring claims, managing return-to-work processes, and maintaining required documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data while ensuring confidentiality.
Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, leave, payroll, and HR procedures.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports, audits, and compliance documentation.
Assist with policy development, process improvements, and special HR projects.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Two or more years of Human Resources experience in a generalist or related HR role.
Experience administering workers' compensation claims and leave management programs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Experience with Leave Management, FMLA, LOA, Workers Compensation, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations, and other protected leaves.
Experience supporting a multi-state/multi-site organization.
Spanish/English bilingual.
This is an onsite position at our Indianapolis office location (this is not a remote position)
