Paralegals - REMOTE

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our personal injury practice. As a Paralegal, you will provide essential support to attorneys by assisting with case preparation, document management, and client communication. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while gaining valuable experience in personal injury law.
We are a trial based firm with a significant case load, so we expect our paralegals to be flexible and diligent. If you have strong organizational skills, a passion for the legal field, and a commitment to delivering quality work, we encourage you to apply.
5+ years as a paralegal personal injury or related field preferred
~ Spanish speaker a plus

• Drafting correspondence, pleadings, bills of particulars, discovery responses, motions, trial preparation, and complying with court orders

Reviewing, analyzing and summarizing documents, including medical records
Ensuring that documents are timely filed with Courts
Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
8 hour shift, includes 1 hour paid lunch break

• Monday - Friday
• Overtime upon request and approval
• Non-remote but several office locations available to staff once established
