Are you an aviation purchasing professional looking to join a growing aircraft engine MRO business supporting some of the industry’s most critical maintenance operations?
We’re supporting a specialist engine repair and overhaul facility in Miami that is looking to hire a Buyer to support procurement activities across engine maintenance, repairs, tooling, consumables and subcontract services.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced aviation environment working closely with Production, Planning, Quality and Stockroom teams within a highly regulated FAA Part 145 operation.
The Role: Buyer
You’ll be responsible for sourcing and purchasing aircraft engine parts, consumables, tooling and repair services to support both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activity.
Negotiating pricing, lead times and commercial terms
- Processing purchase orders and coordinating deliveries
- Expediting critical materials to support engine turnaround times
- Managing subcontracted repairs including NDT, machining and plating
- Supporting supplier performance and cost reduction initiatives
- What We’re Looking For: Buyer
- 1–3+ years of purchasing, procurement or supply chain experience
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems such as Quantum highly advantageous
- Due to ITAR regulations and government contract requirements, applicants must be either:
- A US Citizen, or
- A US Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
