High school diploma or GED required.
Technical school, machining certificate, or CNC programming education preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience programming and setting up 3-axis CNC mills
Experience with CAM software preferred
Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling, and mechanical processes
Dependable with a commitment to quality workmanship
Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software
Set up CNC machines, tooling, and fixtures for production runs
Calibrate equipment and verify machine readiness before production
Monitor machining operations and maintain quality standards
Troubleshoot programming and machining issues as they arise
Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements
Support other manufacturing and production departments as needed
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work around machining equipment throughout the shift.
Ability to lift materials, tooling, and components weighing up to 50 pounds.
Manual dexterity to safely operate CNC machinery and precision measuring equipment.
