Key Responsibilities:

Greet our patients as they enter the center always making them feel welcomed
Provide patients with the necessary forms to complete providing explanations and assistance as needed
Register patients entering demographic and insurance information with upmost accuracy into our electronic medical record system
Verify insurance eligibility, collect and record receipt of co-pays
Answer telephone calls and relay messages as needed
Perform various clerical duties such as photocopying forms, faxing and scanning
Other administrative duties as assigned/needed
Help to ensure that the patients are flowing through the center efficiently

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient with the use of computers, experience with electronic medical record systems preferred
2-3 years of customer service experience, medical reception experience preferred
Available to work predominantly weekends 8am-5pm
