Human Resources Rep - Recruitment

Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new hires, including pre‑employment paperwork, orientation scheduling, and system setup. Assist employees with payroll‑related questions, timekeeping issues, direct deposit updates, and other payroll documentation. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, files, and HR databases. Support benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefit‑related inquiries. Process employment changes including new hires, terminations, transfers, and status updates. Prepare HR reports, employee communications, and administrative documentation. HR Admin

1‑3 years of HR experience.

Knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, employee records, and payroll support.

Experience working with HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Willingness to help out in various areas during transition periods.

Experience in HR administration and clerical support.

Contract position based out of Janesville, WI.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $28.00 per hour.
