Job Title: HR SpecialistJob Description

The HR Specialist will manage daily Human Resource functions including researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies. The role aims to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent while enforcing company policies and practices.

Handle all HR functions including onboarding, orientations, and benefits.

Assist the onsite recruiter with various recruitment functions.

Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.

Collaborate with department managers to draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.

Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies.

Screen applications and select qualified candidates.

Collaborate with the hiring manager during the offer process, recommending salary ranges and other details.

Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory training and certifications.

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment.

Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices in hiring and recruitment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Torrance, CA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
