Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Pay: $25 - $30 per hour

Hours: 10-15 hours per week

What You’ll Do

Support onboarding and talent acquisition by preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating background checks and drug screenings

Set up and maintain HRIS records in ADP, including new hire profiles, employment/title/manager updates, and status changes

Run and distribute HR reporting

Oversee employee benefits administration by answering plan questions, reviewing evidence of insurability (EOI) reports, auditing carrier bills, and entering benefit changes

Maintain HR compliance and operations by keeping personnel files organized, supporting LMS assistance and exporting agency timesheets

What You’ll Bring

4+ years of Human Resources support or administrative experience

Experience using ADP Workforce Now or a similar HRIS/HRMS platform

Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data logging, attendance reporting, and generating documents

Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage compliance records accurately
