Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, ER to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients with a variety of conditions.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Epic charting system.

Educate and support patients and their families regarding medical conditions and treatments.

Ensure compliance with medical facility policies and nursing best practices.

Valid RN license in WA or Compact state required prior to start.

Minimum 1 year of experience in an emergency department setting preferred.

Proficiency in Epic or similar charting systems.

Ability to work every other weekend as per scheduling requirements.

Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills in emergency situations.
