FULL-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL

divh2Administrative Assistant/h2pEast Bay Motorsports is looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and experienced full-time Administrative Assistant to support our management team, with a primary focus on the Sales Department, followed by the General Manager, Service, and Parts departments./ppWe represent the following brands in our East Bay location: Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Sea-Doo, Can-Am, and CF Moto./ppWe value long-term relationships with our customers and are seeking candidates with a great attitude, outstanding work ethic, and bilingual (Spanish/English) skills./ph3Qualifications/h3ulliProficiency in Excel, Word, and general computer literacy required/liliBilingual (Spanish) preferred/liliOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment/liliComfortable handling confidential information/liliProblem-solving mindset with willingness to learn new systems and processes/li/ulh3Key Responsibilities/h3p(Primary focus on Sales support, with additional support to GM, Service, and Parts as needed)/ph4Sales Administrative Support:/h4ulliProvide administrative support primarily to the Sales Manager and sales team/liliAnswer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls/liliTrack incoming calls using Excel/liliGreet customers and direct them to the appropriate department/liliAssist customers in person and over the phone/liliLearn and support sales and delivery processes; coordinate with delivery driver to ensure timely and accurate deliveries/liliMaintain CRM system and update customer information in real time/liliMaintain showroom displays and sales materials/liliDevelop familiarity with product lines/li/ulh4General Administrative Duties:/h4ulliPerform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry/liliOrganize office processes and maintain accurate records/liliSupport managers across departments as needed (GM, Service, and Parts)/liliHandle general office requests and assist with day-to-day operations/liliOperate office equipment including printers, scanners, and fax machines/li/ulh4Service Parts Support (as needed):/h4ulliAssist with greeting service customers and scheduling appointments/liliProvide basic support with service documentation and customer communication/liliHelp coordinate parts orders and track items when needed/liliSupport service team with administrative follow-up tasks/li/ulh3Benefits/h3ulliMedical, dental, vision, life, accident, hospital, and critical illness insurance/lili401(k)/liliPaid Time Off (PTO)/li/ulh3Job Type/h3pFull-time/p/div
