Head of Project Management (Construction)

Project ManagerCFS is currently working with a growing construction company that is looking to add a Project Manager to their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys managing projects from start to finish, working closely with clients and field teams, and keeping everything moving on time and within budget.If you’re a Project Manager who likes being hands-on, staying organized, and solving problems as they come up, this could be a great fit.What You’ll Be Doing:Manage construction projects from kickoff through completion as the lead Project ManagerCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on trackDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelinesReview contracts, change orders, RFIs, and other project documentationMonitor project costs and help ensure projects stay within budgetCommunicate project updates and address any issues that arise throughout the project lifecycleEnsure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and meet quality expectationsWhat They’re Looking For:3+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the construction industryExperience managing multiple projects at onceStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsExperience with project management or construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar is a plusSalary: $100-120k
