Human Resources Rep - Recruitment

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Clerk to provide administrative support to our Human Resources team. This temporary role will assist with a variety of HR functions, including onboarding, employee documentation, benefits administration support, and general office coordination. Maintain employee records and assist with filing, scanning, and document organization

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including distribution and processing of HR-related documents

Prepare copies, packets, and other materials for the HR team as needed

Welcome and assist new hires during onboarding activities, including preparing and distributing welcome materials and swag bags

Assist with maintaining HR checklists and ensuring required paperwork is completed accurately and on time

Provide administrative support related to Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) programs and other employee benefit initiatives

Assist with HR projects, research assignments, audits, and special projects as assigned

Support the Total Rewards team with day-to-day administrative and operational needs

Previous administrative experience in an office environment

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Previous HR, benefits, or human resources administrative experience

Familiarity with employee records management and HR documentation

Event coordination, party planning, or employee engagement experience is a plus

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certification requirements, office location and other geographic considerations, other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
