As a Job Coach, you will take an active role in preparing and supporting adults with disabilities in the workforce. You will work side-by-side with a participant(s) on at their job site, helping them build skills, perform job duties, and gain independence. You will work directly alongside participants at their job sites, providing real-time support and guidance.

You will deliver hands-on, one-on-one coaching to help participants complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

You will provide appropriate emotional support, helping participants navigate challenges and stay engaged throughout their workday.

Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred

High school diploma required

Must be 18 years or older
